We wanted to bring a bit more life to our Skelly longsleeves, so we partnered with our friends at KX Lab to create this heavy knit sweater; utilizing their knitting technology to give this sweater a " 3D " skeleton design.
Using Shima Seiki machines from Japan, KX Lab creates seamless garments via a waste reducing construction.
This 3D Knitting process allows us to have multiple woven thicknesses all in the same garment, which we utilized to get the "skeleton" in this sweater to pop.
Made up of a mix of Recycled Nylon, and a premium Extrafine Merino Wool, each completed sweater gets checked for consisteny, carefully steamed over a form, and embellished with our woven label all before making it over to you :~)
